This is a brand new Genuine X PART upper rear suspension arm for the RH side of the the car in UK this is the Drivers side.

They are a common MOT failure

Although officially called the upper arm as there is an arm below it you garage may describe this as a lower arm as the suspension spring sits in it.

The part is the same for saloon and estate/tourer models.
